Is it free to use Tailored Holiday Concierge Cancún?

The download and use of the app Tailored Holiday Concierge Cancún is free.

However you will find services offered by the app where you will be connected to a local fulfillment partner where you are able to purchase goods and services in a convenient manner. If you decide to book a service or purchase goods you will always need to enter your personal information and payment details so no hidden charges will surprise you.

Besides the stated cost of purchase you are always free to tip our service partners whenever you feel happy with their service.

Do I need to be present when you deliver my grocery order I placed through your app?

To receive any order you must live in an apartment/house, or must be staying in a Hotel/Condo-Hotel and be present at the receiver. Starting with the second order you will have the option to leave another person responsible for receiving the order, in any case he/she automatically becomes governed by the terms and conditions of our local fulfillment partner. After your second purchase, anyone receiving the other is presumed to be authorized to to do so. If no one is at home the time of delivery, we will do our best to contact you. If not possible and the order is already paid, our partner will charge the shipping cost 25% for restocking cost.

Where do I have to go if I book a Spa service through your app?

Our Spa partner Arenas Spa is featuring three different locations within the hotel zone so you will certainly find a place close to you. You will find prices and locations in the app when you choose a service.

Which car rental agencies are you working with?

You can book any rental company of your preference through the booking engine we implemented in the app. If you don't have a personal preference regarding your rental agency you can make great deals for rental cars in Cancún.
